Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Zelora Digital, we aim to provide a smooth and seamless experience for our clients. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Below is our cancellation policy:
 

Cancellation by Clients

Clients may request to cancel a service engagement or project by contacting admin@zelora.ai. All cancellation requests will be reviewed and processed by the admin team. Cancellations are not permitted after the service has been fully rendered or in certain cases where work has already begun.

Refund Eligibility

  • If a cancellation request is made before the project has commenced, a full refund may be issued.

  • If the project is already in progress, refunds may be partial, depending on the amount of work completed. The final decision regarding refunds rests with the admin team.

  • Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered or for milestones that have been completed.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days upon approval of the cancellation request. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Cancellation by Service Providers

In the unlikely event that Zelora Digital must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client as soon as possible and provide either a full refund or an option to reschedule the service.

No-Show Policy

If a client fails to proceed with the agreed-upon project without prior communication, Zelora Digital reserves the right to retain any fees paid for the service. Repeated no-shows may result in the suspension of access to future services.

Exceptions

In exceptional cases, such as disputes or emergencies, the admin team may consider special exceptions to the cancellation and refund policies. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation at admin@zelora.ai.
